These seven dogs at Darlington Dogs Trust are seeking new homes and a loving family life.
These pups are some of the most recent arrivals at the Dogs Trust's Darlington centre and are now longing for their 'forever' homes.
All these dogs have unique needs and personalities but share a common dream of finding a loving forever home.
We've rounded up seven pups looking for their new 'pawrents'.
Rumple
Rumple is a Shar Pei pup who is just 6 months old.
He is full of energy and loves walks and playtime with his toys.
Although a bit shy towards new people at first, Rumple quickly warms up to them.
He could live with another dog, given a successful meeting at the centre and is compatible with children over twelve.
"Once settled in his new home Rumple should be ok to be left for a few hours on his own," according to the Trust.
Bracken
Another charming chap, Bracken, a 5 to 7-year-old Cocker Spaniel lacks confidence in new situations.
Given some time, he shows an affectionate side and will bond strongly.
Bracken needs a dedicated adult home where someone can be with him most of the day.
The team at the Trust suggests his future family visits him a few times before moving him into their home.
Greg
Crossbreed Greg is around 2 to 5 years old and requires a quiet home.
While he is quite friendly, he prefers to enjoy his food alone and might not be comfortable with formal handling.
He craves a strong bond with his new family and loves playing with his toys.
Frankie
Frankie, a 2 to 5-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross, looks for a quiet household.
He requires training with socialising with other dogs but is gradually warming up to human companionship.
Frankie may live with older teenagers.
The other dogs also eager for a new start include Connie, a sensitive 5 to 7-year-old female Collie; Chase, a Saluki Cross aged between 1 and 2 years, who enjoys being around humans; and Red, a 2 to 5-year-old Lurcher.

These dogs have been nurtured with love and care at the Darlington Dog’s Trust and now they are ready for the next chapter in their lives, in homes where they can continue to thrive, be loved and cared for.
