“The property is in an ideal position to benefit from the high volume of traffic which passes through the area.”

“We are pleased to be bringing the property to the market and hope to secure a sale that will bring such a well-known site back into operational use. This is a property that could be suitable for a variety of uses, subject to the necessary planning consents.”

The site is situated close to a Travelodge Hotel, as well as a small fast food retail development which includes Burger King and Greggs.

It is located between the A65 Gargrave Road roundabout and Ling Fields.
