SWIFT Newton Aycliffe Peacefully on 7th August in the loving care of St. Teresa's Hospice, Darlington. Lyn, nee Sowerby aged 78 years. Beloved wife to Bill. Adored mam of Donna and Ashley, a treasured gran and great-gran and a wonderful friend to many. Funeral Friday 25th August. Would friends kindly meet for service in St. Clare's Church, Newton Aycliffe at 11.30am prior to committal and cremation at Wear Valley Crematorium, Coundon at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu would be much appreciated in aid of St. Teresa's Hospice, Darlington and will be accepted by Whitehouse Funeral Service or by the GoFundMe page https://gofund.me/05c6ee31
