CHORLEY Ronald 'Promoted to Glory' on 3rd August. Ron died peacefully in hospital in Darlington after a short illness, aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband of Doreen, much loved dad of Katherine, father-in-law of Paul, loving grandad (Panda) of Matthew and Ben and great-grandad of Charlie, Raphy and Zoë. Also a very dear brother-in-law, uncle and great-uncle. Funeral Monday 14th August. Friends please meet for service at The Salvation Army, Cross Street, Shildon at 10.45am followed by cremation at Darlington Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, may be given for The N.S.P.C.C.
